What We Can't Buy
The main thing we can't work with is iCloud/Activation Lock. If a phone is locked to someone's Apple ID and can't be removed, we can't accept it — not because of the damage, but because it can't be resold. Make sure your Apple ID is removed before coming in.
Water damage phones are case-by-case. If the phone still powers on and functions, there's more value. If it's completely dead from water, we may still take it for parts — ask us via WhatsApp first.
